In reflecting on your own story and how you would like to be remembered, consider leaving a planned gift to CASA of Northwest Arkansas. There are many ways to make a legacy gift to our organization including naming CASA as a beneficiary of your will, trust, life insurance policy, or retirement plan or by making a gift of appreciated property. We would be honored to work with you and your advisors to identify the right donation for you.
One of the most common planned gifts is a bequest in your will. To assist you in this process, we have drafted sample language for you to consider. As with any gifts to charity, there may be tax implications. Please consult your attorney and advisors regarding these matters.
“I give the sum of $_______ (or _____% of the rest and residue of my estate) to CASA of Northwest Arkansas at 3825 Cawood Lane, Springdale, AR 72762 (tax ID: 71-0708334) to be used for furtherance of its charitable purposes in the discretion and at the direction of its board of trustees for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
